Post-holiday work blues hit many

With both school holidays looming, and summer holiday booking time, many of us are turning our minds to a week or two off work. But going back to work can take the shine off a break all too quickly, with a recent survey by travel website TripAdvisor confirming that over a third deal with a depressed feeling on their return to work.

Eight percent of holidaymakers even consider a new job in their first weeks back. The number one method to beat the blues: booking another trip. Looking at holiday snaps or making a photo album can comfort those with few leave days left!
