Holograms the next wave of workers?

Manchester Airport has introduced holograms of real-life employees, who will greet customers going into the security search area, explaining liquid restrictions and remind customers about boarding passes.

The holograms are so convincing that passengers have been seen presenting their passports to them. Other airports around the UK are currently investigating their installation.

No word yet on whether the holograms are union members.
