Finsec members at PSIS have voted to ratify their collective agreement.
Key aspects of the deal include a 3% pay increase, a one off payment to union members only of $274, and a review of the branch staffing model. PSIS will now pay travel time at T1.5 for trips for training of more than 30 minutes, and have confirmed that participation in local marketing activities outside of normal work hours is voluntary.
