Giving your boss feedback good for your health

Research released this year says telling your manager what you think of them could be good for your health. A British study of 150 managers and 500 workers found that giving managers feedback is more likely to make employees “happy, healthy and stress-free” and made managers more likely to change their style and be seen as more effective. Psychologists said the relationship between staff and line managers is the most common cause of stress in the workplace.
