Bargaining kicks off year for PSIS staff

Finsec members at PSIS are already getting organised to win a fair deal at bargaining, with paid union meetings starting next week and negotiations scheduled for March.

PSIS members achieved a good result last year with a pay increase of 3.5%. There is no doubt that high levels of union membership at PSIS influenced this outcome. These meetings will discuss goals for this year, and how Finsec members can use their membership strength to achieve them.
