You can keep your staff on

People have got their kit off in the support of all kinds of good cause fundraising calendars. But stripping off to keep your job, that’s a new one.

Workers in a boiler factory in France have stripped off for a nude calendar in order to fight to protect 204 jobs slated for redundancy. The proceeds of calendar sales will go towards a visit to Italy to protest at their parent company, Ariston Thermo Group.

13 male workers pose nude in the calendar, covered only with masks or helmets. Their spokesperson says “Our aim is to show there are workers who will do anything to save their jobs, even take their clothes off.”
