Keeping everybody in the Finsec loop

Heading into negotiations next week it is the ideal time to sign up non-members to Finsec – and Alannah McLellan and Donna Short from Westpac Moray Place in Dunedin have perfect timing, recruiting five of their colleagues this week!

Alannah explains how she and Donna have been supporting their delegate by making sure non-members in the branch get copies of Finsec flyers and updates.

“Donna and I job share and we work as a team to share information with our workmates. We just try and keep everybody in the loop.”

“We make sure people know they are not under any pressure and it’s their decision whether or not to be part of Finsec,” said Alannah. “But also we’re all part of a team and we can help each other and back each other up, through Finsec.”
