McCaw joins Westpac

Richie McCawFinsec Organisers are scrambling over each other to recruit to the union one of Westpac’s newest employees, Richie McCaw. The All Black captain has got a role as an Ambassador, which is not a role listed in our collective agreement with the bank. So it looks like one of Finsec’s first tasks might need to be to extend collective agreement coverage to include either ‘Ambassadors’ or ‘All Black Captains’.

McCaw may be in need of some support from Finsec members because it appears from this article that he will be paid with financial advice rather the traditional and established form of remuneration, cash.
