AMI members vote on 4% and 3.75% over 2 years

Negotiations for the two AMI collective employment agreements (General and Assessors) were held on 1 – 2 May. Finsec members will be voting on AMI’s offer over the next two weeks. The offer is for a two year term with increases to salaries of 4% this year and 3.75% next year.

The union council believe that the settlement is a good outcome considering inflation (CPI March quarter) is at 2.5%, and is forecast to come down further and, more importantly, that Finsec’s membership density in AMI is less than 25%.
